Refund policy
Return Policy:
For After Life Care and Pet Transportation services, returns may not be applicable due to the nature of the services provided (e.g., once the service has been performed, refunds may not be available). In cases of dissatisfaction or concerns, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team for assistance and resolution.
Payment & Cancellation Policy (IMPORTANT)
By booking any service with Two by Two Pet Support, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All services must be paid in full prior to dispatch. No exceptions.
- All sales are final.
Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced):
- Cancellations made LESS THAN 2 HOURS before the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
- Cancellations made MORE THAN 2 HOURS before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
⚠️ No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstances once a service has been scheduled.
- All approved refunds (if applicable) will be subject to a 6% merchant processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
