Job Title: Driver

•  Safely transport pets to and from various locations, including veterinary clinics and pet owners’ homes.
•  Handle pets with care, ensuring their safety and comfort during transportation.
•  Communicate effectively and compassionately with pet owners, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
•  Assist pet owners with the respectful removal of their pet’s body after the pet has passed away.
•  Transport pets’ bodies to designated locations for cremation or other after-life services as requested by the client.
• · Ensure the safe return of cremated remains to the pet owners if they choose this option.
•  Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition.
•  Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines for handling pets.

•  Maintain accurate records of transportation details, including pick-up and drop-off times, addresses, and any special instructions.
•  Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
•  Provide support to other team members as needed.

•  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•  Previous experience in pet transportation, animal care, or a related field is preferred.
•  Strong commitment to animal welfare and compassion for pets and their owners.
•  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•  Ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments safely and gently.
•  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
•  Comfortable with handling deceased pets for after-life services.
•  Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all situations.
•  Physically able to lift and carry pets and equipment as needed.
