For the Second Year in a Row!
Winning Best of Las Vegas Silver for the second consecutive year is more than a recognition for us at Two by Two Pet Support. It is a confirmation that compassionate, ethical, and medically guided pet care truly makes a difference—especially when families are navigating some of the most delicate moments of their lives.
This award reflects not only what we do, but why we chose this path.

How Our Journey Began
Two by Two Pet Support was not originally created as an end-of-life service. Our roots are deeply embedded in veterinary medicine and logistics. We began by providing professional animal transportation for veterinary clinics, building two highly successful companies that were later sold after reaching operational maturity.
Our previous venture, Animal Focused Vet, served hundreds of families and was eventually acquired by investors who recognized the strength of our clinical standards, our method, and our animal-centered philosophy. That experience shaped our understanding of veterinary systems from the inside—both their strengths and their limitations.
Working closely with clinics allowed us to see something many families never witness: how emotionally demanding and time-constrained end-of-life care can be for everyone involved.
From Logistics to Purpose-Driven Care
Initially, our role was logistical—supporting clinics and ensuring pets were transported safely and respectfully. But over time, families began to rely on us for more than transport. They needed presence, privacy, and dignity during moments that felt rushed or overwhelming in clinical settings.
That is when we made a deliberate choice: to focus on in-home pet euthanasia as a more humane, calm, and personal alternative.
Allowing pets to remain in a familiar environment—surrounded by their family, their scents, and their routines—reduces stress and supports a more peaceful transition. Our approach to in-home dog euthanasia and cat euthanasia has always been guided by medical ethics, emotional awareness, and deep respect for the human–animal bond.

Professional Care Until the Very Last Mile
For us, dignity does not end when the procedure is over.
One of the most important decisions we made was investing in a dedicated, fully equipped medical transport van, rather than relying on personal vehicles—something still common in this field, particularly for euthanasia and afterlife pickup services.
Our vehicle is designed specifically for animal care. It includes a secure medical-grade cage, on-board oxygen support when needed, and climate-controlled air conditioning to maintain optimal temperature at all times. This allows us to support pets who may be medically fragile or emotionally sensitive, ensuring calm, comfort, and safety throughout the entire process.
We believe professionalism should be present in every detail—even the quietest ones. Providing respectful afterlife care means honoring your pet not only in your home, but also during the final journey they take in this world.

Why End-of-Life Care Deserves More Thought
End-of-life is not a failure of medicine. It is a phase of care that deserves time, clarity, and compassion.
Too often, families feel pressured into making decisions before they are emotionally ready. Our role is never to rush outcomes, but to guide families with honesty, medical insight, and emotional support—helping them feel confident that their choices are rooted in love and respect.

Introducing Our In-Home Pet Hospice Service
As our work evolved, so did our vision. We are proud to announce the integration of our in-home pet hospice service.
Hospice care focuses on comfort, pain management, and quality of life when a pet is facing a serious or progressive condition. It allows families to understand what is happening, monitor changes over time, and make informed decisions without fear or urgency.
Our hospice approach supports both pets and their people—physically, emotionally, and ethically. When desired, families may also access a trusted grief consultant through one of our professional partnerships. This service is entirely optional, because emotional support should always be available, never imposed.
A Shared Achievement
This second Best of Las Vegas Silver award belongs to our community: the families who trusted us, the clinics who partnered with us, and the pets who inspired us to do better.
We remain committed to raising the standard for:
- in-home pet euthanasia
- in-home pet hospice services
- dignified afterlife care
Thank you for allowing us to walk beside you—with science, compassion, and respect—every step of the way.
